What a Typical Engagement Looks Like

Phase 1: Infrastructure Audit (1 week)

We review your current setup — servers, networking, security, monitoring, deployment process — and deliver a written report with prioritized recommendations.

Phase 2: Architecture Design (1–2 weeks)

We design the target infrastructure with architecture diagrams, IaC templates, and a migration plan. You approve before we build.

Phase 3: Build & Deploy (2–4 weeks)

We implement the infrastructure, configure CI/CD pipelines, set up monitoring, and deploy your applications. Everything is documented and version-controlled.

Phase 4: Handoff or Managed Services

We either hand off with full documentation and training, or transition to an ongoing managed services agreement.
